Yes, I have. And this evening...

<rant>
a snotty email from Metronet informing me that I was over my bandwidth
limit last month. Which I wasn't, since my bandwidth isn't limited.
That's why I use the package I do, because I pay as I go up to a certain
amount in zbarlunits, regardless of useage. Of course, this was
expected. No one ever writes to tell you of forthcoming benefits
without actually meaning that the level of service is about to go down.
I know we used more in November and/or December (their words, not mine)
because my bill was higher last month. It was the first (IIRC) time I'd
actually paid my maximum fee; usually we're well within limits.
Catharine, however, had found a radio station or somesuch, and hadn't
realised the implications. And in any case, she pays her way for her
broadband use; that's one of the reasons she does a paper round innit.
Hooter Metronet and/or PlusNet sideways very painfully with a coconut
doormat. 'S a right shame an' all, because Metronet's service has been
exemplarary until now.
