Teeny enclosed space. Body routinely hfrf increase in temperature to
speed up chemical reaction to zap infection. Disfortunately the
increase in temperature also causes expansion of wot is being heated.
And inside a tooth or an ear there isn't anywhere for it to go, so it
presses _hard_ on the tooth/ear instead. Which hurts.
