If you support the seatbelt laws, then you agree with the immediate fine
payable if'n you ain't got one on, so preumabubbly you agree also with
on the spot fines for motorcyclists not wearing an 'elmet.. or am I
missing something?..

I won't give a damn if I can ever get my lbooyd trike on the lbooyd
road..

don't need an 'elmet on that innit..
