Arbut, they're coal smut smudges from steam rallies or steam rolway visits innit. I abeznily don't wear a warm coat when I go to a rajo rally, as it's too boodly hot with £deity xabjf how many folk pushing and wriggling their way around in the too-small spaces between the stalls.
