Hope you manage to snare a good one quickly. You really do need a good
long holiday, and then to come back very carefully, doing short days,
short weeks, and with some way of sifting out the most annoying patients
so you don't have to see them until you are fully recovered and longing
for a challenge.

Ne'mind, at least now you've started your first steps towards changing
an intolerable situation. Invisible illnesses that make you tired are no
fun, but the shed is a fine and sturdy refuge, moan away!
