There are two variants of AGP, AGP and AGP-PRO IIRC cards, my mobo takes
both but has a plastic doofer in the front? (nearest the
back of the box where the external connectors are) of the slot. You have
to remove this for the 2 slotted type. You can fit the single ones in the
unprotected slot as long as you make sure its pushed right to the back of
the connector. This is not recommended 'cos if it moves GNAB and the magic
smoke comes out.
Best make yourself a new plastic doofer.
