WindowsSheddi to the bridge (or the coda)
Hippie's machine (AThlon1800, Win2K, Asus MB) reboots itself nearly every
night at 3 or 4 AM. This annoyance is compounded by the fact that the
HP printer/scanner didn't install its drivers right, and won't, so bootup
gets prolonged by "we've found this device, let us install its drivers,
please
wait-oops, we can't install the drivers, please wait"
What in the world makes it do that overnight reboot thing?
Oh, and it has all current Windows Updates as well as up-to-date AVG
updates.
