I just got back from a week diving on Sark with Sark Diving Services http://www.sarkci.com/ - as far as Sark goes they're it. Well, he's it, since it's basically Andy, a hugely experienced local pro, and his (hard) boat Starfish of Sark. He knows the place (and its bizarre currents) backwards, and offers tanks, wieghts and fills - air & nitrox. Bring your own gear.

Sark itself is great - if you're attracted by the idea of no cars, 1hr walk from end to end, fantastic views and good food.
