Exactly so.

Its really quite easy for the 'expert' to accede to requests to run
'taster' level activities, but ultimately they cant always provide the
activity, and when they have gone who provides the activity then ?

Far better in the long term for the 'expert' to spend what time they
have passing their skills on to other leaders.
