Of course it will cover it.
The definition (not a very good one) in POR suggests otherwise, with
the difference on there seeming to be whether kit is carried. Which
raises the question of a one-night camp at a local site arriving on
foot, which is why I thought it was silly.
The definition being a "mini-greenfield" would seem to make more
sense.
