And, moreover, you may not mean what I meant.
What happened here was that ADC organised full set of competitions,
and than called PLs together to tell them what was happening, calling
this a PLs forum. That seemed to me to be a waste of time, as it was
better done by SLs passing the data on, and trying to enthuse people.
PLs felt likewise and after 1 meeting, the next one was almost empty.
I suspect you tell them what you'd like 'em to do, and what is
possible. They, if they enjoy it, or like the sound of it, concur.
ah, yes... that;s it...
I do not pretend there is choice or democracy. I run stuff and if it
is popular, i run it again. Some stuff dies a death. Other stuff
becomes a feature on our calendar and is written in without thinking.
