it's 5p a photo and we just factor it into our budgeting. the killer
is the time it takes to sort them.
I was going to say the same. 5p a copy if you get them done in bulk and
for
the ones you quoted for £185 is good value.
it was more expensive when we had film cameras. more like 10p a pic.
We have an archive of 10s of thousands of pics now.
We have quite a few too but most are never printed - just on CD as they
take
up less room.

i hate the ide of pics in jpeg format. I store mine on dvd, i store
them on various servers across the US through smugmug, i store them on
my hard drive and i store them on a portable hard drive. But... i want
hard copies... in years to come... who will pick up a dvd and
reminisce? it's all about photos, i reckon. but yes... they take up
loads of space.
I'm not a particularly good photographer or know too much about digital
photos BUT if you don't like .jpeg format for photos what do you store them
in as most cameras save to that format - mine certainly does and I'm not
aware that I can change this - I can change the quality of jpeg but can't
change it to another format.

sorry...
what i meant was... i hate not having them in hard copy.
I sometimes shoot in raw if i have the time to do some post
processing. But normally just shoot in hi quality jpeg. it is much
simpler.
