Try Wolf Mountain http://www.wolfmountain.co.uk/,
we've not used them directly but I have seen them at local events. From
memory they were about £250-300 to hire but that was last year plus
they would have to go from Wolverhampton to you which would increase
costs.
Alternatively, look in the back of Scouting magazine. There were some
adverts there.
