Yes, together with problems with leadership /per se/, along the lines of

don't need training' ... Chorus: 'Oh yes you do!!'.

So the GSL initially and then if necessary the DC and Appts Committee need
to organise an interview on the matter.

Pah! Pigs might fly.

On this subject - I wonder where people stand if the GSL at review decides
basically tells a leader that they are no longer needed within the Group.
A GSL previously has had no or little say in reviews.

What if the whole Group turns on an incompetent or otherwise ineffective
leader?

    ... not quite that long normally and if it looked that way I would have thought that the CC might have found someone after a few years or suggested that the District start looking for a replacement. ... who informs HQ what the next review date is - they do not inform ... the GSL so in most cases he must assume it will be 5 years. ... The own agenda bit seems most likely as surely they would not select someone to be a LTM who couldn't comprehend and follow simple instructions. ...
