Why the CC do you not have a DC (I know some parts of Wales do not but I
thought Dodge did). Are you a GSL now as otherwise surely it should be them.

DC insisted on doing it ( beccause she reckons the GSL isn't one) I asked why the DC was doing it . She decided that I was being discourteous, we had a bit of email tennis ... she offered for someone else to do it. I accpeted that offer as i didn't want to be in a one to one with somone who can take offence at me asking a question.
