This part I totally agree with - it is a 2 way discussion that allows the
subject and the "interviewer" to come to an agreement that someone is in the
correct role.

currently it has nothing to do with crb , i am
not aware of any requirement for a new crb at warrant review , unless
of course its decided locally,

But that is what much of this thread has been about - the fact that the
County that Ewan and I belong to (there may be others) have made it a
requirement of not only appointment review but for all those who have
previously not had one done.

I have just asked the question about those adults who do not have
appointments but have regular access to YP and some have had a CRB and many
have not and will never have one as they have not got an appointment but are
no safer nor more of a risk to YP than an Appointment holder who has to have
5 yearly checks.


but it might change .


HQ currently state that they have no plans to introduce this but may change
as you say.
