Not looked yet - but if GSL is the person for Group then the DC is the
person for District.


Its wrong.

In Explorers we don't have a GSL, we have a DESC, and they are not mentioned. If somebody wanting to complain about me read this article they would either be confused or contact the GSL of our host group which is wrong.
