That point was made at the presentaion that I went to.
They did go on to say that it was obvious that most sections were operating
at capacity so the YP could bring a friend to an activity for that purpose
rather than as a potential new member (not necessarily a good way), or with
adults bringing someone to run a few sessions on a given topic - they have
them involved and there is no need to try too hard to get them to stay
(although it would be good if they did).
