If you've got a bit of time, I'd suggest using their Get-A-Map feature
on the OS website and then copying each bit of the map and pasting them
next to each other in something like Word.

That certainly works so long as you are accurate with your cuts :-) Although even on the high quality colour A3 laser printer at work the results were noticeably not as clear as the real thing.
