In Guiding, the "blue knicker brigage" (sometimes "blue rinse") are a
bunch of stereotypically old (but they don't have to be old in years)
stick in the mud, no change here, by-law loving, jobsworth biddies.

A bunch of Guiders are currently trying to figure out the equivalent for
Scouters... purple y-fronts? teal long shorts? mushroom flares?

I know there exist teal helicopters, but I have the impression they're
more of an SAS style group who kidnap (forevermore) unlucky Scouters who
don't toe the party line. I'm not sure we have the equivalent in
Guiding, well we do but we don't have a name for them, they're so
hush-hush.

Anyway, clearly you lot are the authority on this issue, can you tell us
the answer?

two days slow!

We in our group call them resigned as of yesterday!
