Scout Record Books and Payment

Do you Scout Troop use the Small Green Scout Record Books, we currently give
them out to each new scout but I dont think they get much use (at scouts
anyway) so im wondering whether not to order any more.

Also the Group buys and pays for their Necker, Woggle and Record book and
was going to consider changing this so the scout buys it with their shirt,
and woggle online or over the phone, reducing the burden of ordering them,
however this needs more thought.

We will still provide Neckers for obvious reasons

I normally record all the Challenge and CSG on a Spread*** anyway
