Okay. People like yourself and Tim have persuaded/convinced me that my
approach is wrong, so time for a change. I'll speak to the Groups that want
to run totally independent units - that means units they set up, they
operate, they manage - and sort out an arrangement that they want to see
happen. That is likely to be something along the lines of them operating
parallel, but distinct, to me. Certainly it will remove a problem - me! -
for them. Let's see.

I only hope you're right.
