Backwoods Desserts

One of our first meetings back I'm going to have as a backwoods evening,
cooking what I would call "desserts" (as opposed to meat dishes as main
courses).
I know of "Banana Boats" - stuff a banana with chocolate buttons, wrap in
foil and cook in embers, and I've heard of another where by an apple is
cored, then the hole stuffed with mixed fruit, wrapped in foil and cooked.
Does anyone have any others they don't mind sharing ... I'm sure I did one
on my L1 involving buttered bread, but I can't rememeber any more about it
than that!
TIA,
Pete
