This is why we operate one single account for every section, Explorers have
their own account now. But all monies collected are paid in to the treasurer
ASAP and any payments out are refuinded ASAP too.

I'm not too concerned if we have the odd member who misses on subs, we can
usually identify the missing subs as being down to parents out of work,
getting divorced, or some other strife, so we can let that go. But if they
turn up in a Mercedes, and are just back from holiday in the Bahamas and
they haven't paid we chase them. Other than that misappropriation of funds
is non-existant.

If we were to end up a couple of hundred pounds down and some kit missing,
then the perpetrator would be given a chance to reinstate those goods, a
report would go to the DC. If the goods were not returned then the Police
would be informed, irrespective of the outcome we would have to report it to
the CC.
