Anyway, I mostly sail on the Norfolk Broads in this boat so it's not likely
to be a problem.
What do you see if you check the lights from, say, a quarter mile away? Any
variation in intensity with angle?
To be honest I haven't checked, I will next time I'm over there in the dark.
Absolutely!internal lighting which is
the lighting that's on more than anything else on my boat and leds have been
a great success here, requiring
much less battery charging.
The batteries therefore stay in a fuller charge
state for longer and should last longer accordingly.
Even a small solar trickle-charge panel makes a huge difference I find.
