Correspondence RYA yacht masters theory

This has been covered here before in 2000, but I wondered if anyone
can point me to a decent correspondence school for RYA yacht masters
theory ?

Of course all of the schools say that their system is the best,
cheapest, quickest etc.
I'm just looking for quality, cost whilst being important is not the
main factor.
