Yanmar 1GM10 pump spares

Anyone happen to know a sensibly priced parts supplier for Yanmar 1GM10.
online or in NE Kent Area in particular I am looking for parts to rebuild
the Johnson seawater cooling pump?

I have tried googling but the prices I have found so far seem so ludicrous
( but I am probably living in the past) I haven't ruled out making some
parts, such as the shaft and cover plate myself and just ordering
proprietary seals and bearings etc.
