I thought 13.7 was the voltage being put out by the Phocus. If that is
the
case I think its a bit high but probably OK if you keep watch on your
water
levels. If 13.7 is the battery voltage after disconnecting the Phocus
output that is a bit misleading. As you suggest, connecting a small load
for
perhpas 15 minutes, or leaving the battery for an hour, would probably
give
a final reading of 12.6 or 12.7 which is correct for a fully charged 12v
battery.
