I was put off the NASA duet as you cant set negative offset (at least
not when I looked) and I like to see depth of water.

We have second echo sounder fitted. It is only a NASA Target but fine
as fall back. I consider depth, GPS and compass to the so important
that we have two of each on board, albeit the backups are rudimentary.
