Sun: same as last Sunday - four times round the park with walking rests and achilles massage after each lap; concentrating solely on form. Finished off with a hundred metres or so barefoot on the smooth tarmac.

Depending upon how cooked my calves are Mon/Tues, and whether the achilles feels OK, it may be time to consider increasing the frequency of runs.
