True for the 2:40 and lower brigade but what do you mean by "quite a long
time"? I thought glycogen availability was an issue at marathon pace from
around 2:45 or so, depending on the person, if no refueling is undertaken
during the race - is this wrong or is 3:00 a long time <disappointed pout>
