Your best bet is to turn up at 9.00am on the Thursday morning.
Last time I went (for cycling gear) there were about 20 people queueing
outside at 10 minutes to 9.

Make sure you try the stuff on - they have some odd sizing (their cycling
overshoes are famously small). Overall, I think it's excellent value *for
the price you pay*.
