Legs felt surprisingly good after last Sundays 28 miler but getting a little
tired towards the end of the week, hence rest on Saturday.

Got a 5K tt a week on Tuesday which doesn't fit in terribly well with my
long run plans next weekend but the long runs take priority. Still, a good
5K before the Inverness 1/2 marathon would be nice but I can't let it bother
me too much. The WHW is the main objective.

Jura is now full up so if anyone here was hoping to do it, you're too late!
