Re: water intake
"> so if I take 1L per day that will be healthy enough for me??
Try it and see, you might be surpised. I drink when I'm thirsty
(apart from coffee) and I swallow 300ml just before a run and
drink afterwards until I feel okay or my pee is clear whichever
comes first. "
Usenet advice. I love it. without even asking the OP
anything, a health suggestion is given. What if he has
a weak kidney? or eats WAY-TOO-MUCH protein?
Or his pee isn't clear? There are probably more
things to know prior to advising someone on their
water intake. Maybe it doesn't matter. I'll use
the "looks like" expression again. Looks like to me
that 2 l a day is fine. I'd be more concerned
how many bowel movements someone has a day.
Now there's a health issue.
