MotionBased Website

I noticed a post in this newsgroup about using the MotionBased website for
tracking your runs. I have been using a Garmin 301 for about a month now and
have been very impressed. All the data collated has been very useful to me.
Please click on the link below to access data for one of my latest runs. Any
comments/tips greatly received. If you go to the Map Player you will need to
download "Adobe Vector Graphics"
