that was not as clear cut as you make it sound, there were other very
serious issues behind that station, evidence by another organisation needed
to be gathered before actions were taken.

current proposals are ratified with regard to data.

the very earliest 27/81 radio will become sillentkey is 2012 going by what
is bouncing around at present, and even then, should the 'call to prayer'
scheme be extended and further formalised toward the users needs, they will
never be illegal.

there is an awful lot 'in the fire' at present with regard to that part of
the band.

the bottom line is that even removing all 27/81 cb radio from the band, it
will still be unusable for above as such, so watch the digital direct.
