So to summarise to make it simpler
1.
So Tim was referring to the budget for 2009 - not Duncan's responsibility
as he was no longer treasurer.
2.
Tim was also referring to 2008 outurn figures - which should have been an
up to date figure - also after Duncan was no longer responsible.
3.
Duncan was referring to the fact the full accounts had not been sent out.


There's no need to explain all this to RD, he knows it all perfectly well.
RD is simply trying to throw mud at Duncan in the hope that some of it will
stick.
