I'm surprised that this case hasn't been mentioned here yet, if this
image is shown to be indecent many (non)naturist families best keep
their family photos firmly out of the gaze of anyone outside their
immediate family for many will have images of a similar nature -
children doing what children do when playing - this image could have
been taken in many a family up and down the land...

For those unaware, the problem part is the fact that one of the girls
is naked, facing the camera whilst laying back, bent at the knees with
slightly spread legs, under the other (clothed) girl spread legs.
Rather than 'belly-dancing' the image is more akin to impromptu
limbo-dancing.
