I guess I'd sum it up that I would want the freedom to go nude anywhere that a textile would want to go in a swimsuit or similar.

How sensible your reply is, thats what most of us want, not the want to go parading around streets naked, not wanting to go to Asda naked, just common sense naturism, not the in your face type that some on here seem to think is the only way forward

By the Way, Duncan Heenan
I still await your reply as to your proof that I am a closet naturist and only go to clubs to show my private parts off to others behind closed doors, your very insulting remark affects not just me but all club members, remember I have put a formal complaint in to BN about your remark, as it is both insulting and slanderous

Oh FFS just when I start having trouble thinking that you can be as stupid as I thought you were, you go and prove that I was mistaken, you are even more stupid!

If you were really going to do anything about your hurt feeling that you reckon Mr Heenan has defamed you would probably know that his remark wasn't slanderous at all. It coudn't be slanderous because he didn't say anything he typed it, that would mean that it may possibly be libellous. The difference between libel and slander is one that confuses many people that babble about it, especially those that have never done anything about protecting their reputation apart from bluster.
As you don't know the difference you probably also don't know that defamation is a civil suit, so that you would have to stump up the money to sue Mr Heenan. Once you have decided that your reputation has been soooooooo dented that you want to claim damages you will need to convince a jury that your reputation was
a) Worth something
b) Damaged.

that's after you had convinced the judge that there was actually a case to answer try looking up "de minimis non curat praetor"

Lets look at a) shall we?

Hagar, has not got an identity that is worth anything, no one knows who you are , no one trusts you.

Now b)

You're a prat, everyone who has ever posted in a thread you have been involved in ( apart from your sock puppets) seems to hold you in some form of contempt. Therefore your reputation as "Hagar" or any of your other indentities is worthless.

If you could find a solicitor, pay a barrister, convince a judge to let the case continue, convince a jury you had a reputation , convince the jury that your reputation had been damaged ,you would be lucky to get away with the decision of scorn that juries give for cases such as these, "Damages of 1 new pence"

I note in a previous reply you skirted around giving an answer, this is because you cant back up you allegation, you are now wide open to legal action my friend, come into my web

posturing popinjay

Hagar Bertie; the Viking

I will not let your remark drop my friend

This is worth watching.
