activity'. In both cases they could argue that suitable facilities are
available whose existence permits swimmers and cricketers to engage in
their chosen activity, but none for them.
IMO your analogy is utterly bogus. A beach isn't a "facility" which has to
be provided, it is a natural part of the landscape provided by nature (or
God).
