There are insufficient cabin crew for one to 'sit quietly' with him,
also why would one want to? Simplest thing is that if someone is
breaking rules, don't give a toss if soem people don't like the rules,
then that person is asked to stop, if they dont they are either set
down at the nearest airport and arrested, or arrrested at their
destination. Thye then have to justify thier actions as do the crew. If
you insist on smoking on a plane you will be arrested as it is against
the rules, if you carry on a pint of beer you are likely to be removed
from the flight as rules do not allow passengers to have drinks in
glasses at take off. If he had stripped off before take off he would
have been ejected, he knew that so he didn't strip till the plane was
airborne. In fact if he had stripped before take off the likelyhood is
that he would have been removed from the flight, and banned from that
airline, and his name etc would be circulated to other airlines so they
could consider banning him.

If any good came out of this it was at least there were no reports of anyone getting
upset over it, only that he did it, and then got arrested.
