Well in the past they have acted on a vague letter complaining about what another person said at a regional meeting. The first that person knew about the complaint was when they recived a letter telling them that a complaint (no details) had been made (no details of person) and that the person concerned had been found guilty (without having any chance to defend themselves) and that they were being given a caution and that any further complaints would lead to their membership being removed. Oh and the convicted person could appeal!
This is true because several people on this newsgroup have seen the paperwork. The person concerned was rigorously defended by other people at that meeting, but to no avail. Solicitors and the individuals letter did not receive a response.
