23rd May - place order for lens hire on Tuesday 5th May - order acknowledged, in stock, you're good to go.
31st May - Contact me today to say "Oooh, we've just realised it's a BH on Monday, you'll have to pay extra for Saturday delivery". Need to see driving license too.
I send an eMail saying not happy, but go ahead, charge extra, here's driving license. So what do they do? Unilaterlally cancel the order without a "by your leave". All other stockists within range have hired theirs out with Calumet Birmingham saying "Hired out last one on Tuesday". Arrggghhhh.
I'm not a happy bunny.
