We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the

and plug it in!

Only if you want the Sky HD channels.

This telly has a freeview HD tuner built in and apparantly with freesat
HD, so ill get that sorted first and go from there I think.

Good move and you might find the free HD (BBC 1, BBC HD, ITV1, C4) are
all you want. Eventually all channels wil be HD as a matter of course.
