Sensible advice gratefully recieved. We are going to request copies of
all her records (3 folders of them!) before we proceed with anything,
if indeed we do.


When I was all for doing the same a couple of years ago, it was pointed out to me that being on good terms with the hospital was more important at the time. I backed off

This doesn't mean that someone shouldn't be held to account for a grave mistake
