Acrobat 9 is even better - it has a new Portfolio functionality that

can just compile them together and they will display in Acrobat.

You don't need Acrobat to make pdf's - there's a free download from
msoft that enables save as pdf in office. Not sure which versions thobut.
Looks like 2007 only.
