Righto FOAK, hopefully one of the techie lot have an easy answer to
this;
1 house PC plus 2 laptops all run Outlook on XP. All go and fetch
mail from the same email addy, resulting in the emails spread across 3
machines.
Is the best way to make all the emails available on all machines:
a) Run a general synch program across the network on the PST file.
b) Put some whizzo software thing on the hard disks that are attached
to the slug, that keeps the mail there and point Outlook to that.
c) Use an inexpensive Outlook-specific synch proggy.
d) Something far easier than above?
Cheers
Set up an IMAP server and store them there. I'll watch this thread with interest cos if there is a proggy that will synch PST files like you would like, I would like to know about it. Not that I've ever looked, mind, cos I've been running IMAP for ever.
