Seriously, there's not much you can do with a determined or
incompetent muppet. Once the files are off the camaera, they can be
protected.
If the camera has an SD card in it (and i've just re-read that it
does), there are load of undelete programs out there that can recover
flash card files, but they're windows oriented, so you'd need to pull
the card and put it in a pc reader.
