Hi,

I want to change my motherboard, chip and memory and want to know the least

Has anyone actually done it, and which method did you use?
Over the years, I have found it easier and more benificial to re-install
any OS after a MB change.
There can be so many driver diffs it is better (IMO) to start afresh.
Make sure you have a backup of data, if kept in 1 subdir structure pretty
easy. If on a second HD even easier.
Re-install, add the apps most commonly used and only add others if you
actually find you need them.
