I'm referring to the 'ubertorrent' which is on HDD Killers website.

I get mine elsewhere , but there can't be that many HD rips out there.
The last file was "greys.anatomy.s05e14.720p.hdtv.x264-2hd".

I've not changed any of the options in MKV2VOB from the default settings

I've tried different episodes but it seems to come out wrong. Sure,
the resolution is the same, but the aspect ratio hasn't been ported.
Viewing the previously working output in Media Player Classic.

Do you use a different app to view the output?

I play them on a Vista laptop just to check they have converted ok in VLC Media Player where they look ok and then play them from a 2.5" USB hard drive on my PS3 to save having a PC running for streaming.

The normal Vista Windows Media Player doesn't like the output much
either.

No , MP11 won't play them , though it will play the .mkv files as they are downloaded.
